About

I’m a product design lead for hire, with experience building and growing digital products and brands around the world with clients in Amsterdam, Boston, Cape Town, Kenya, London, and New York. Lover of all things beautiful, cat-lady, food explorer.

I’ve held several different roles in a variety of environments, both within agencies and in-house - from fintech, food, all the way to pharma… and everything in between. I’ve designed across the full consumer experience, implemented design processes and built and developed brand guidelines.

My focus is solving business challenges through effective design. I do this by acting as the link between the commercial and design teams. I help them to meet business goals in a way that is true to the brand and business' mission.

I live, work and drink coffee in London.

The way I work

*I work at the intersection of creative and practical thinking to solve business needs through design and communication.

PROCESS

1. Research. Understand our users and find the insight.
Who are we trying to solve this problem for, and why? Understand users, customers, competitors, the landscape and limitations

2. Ideation. Get the ideas flowing.
Brainstorming, sketching, moodboards, workshops.

3. Mock-ups. Start designing.
Sketches, scamps and story-boards.

4. Feedback and testing.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and external team members. People who know the project and who don’t.  Make it better for users and consumers.

5. Refine and iterate.
And when it’s time let the idea out into the world
